Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing with Dill & Mint

A zesty, herbaceous Greek yogurt salad dressing that’s rich, creamy, and perfect for drizzling over salads or using as a dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint
  • 1 lemon, juiced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp water (or to desired consistency)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering everything together and chopping herbs ahead of time.
  2. Combine yogurt and olive oil in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped dill and mint, stirring until combined.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice and vinegar for acidity.
  5. Mix in honey, garlic, and cumin; adjust to taste.
  6. Adjust consistency with water as needed.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, tasting as you go.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.

Feel free to customize with other herbs or spices! This dressing stays fresh in the fridge for up to a week.
