Easy Italian Fruit Salad

A refreshing fruit medley tossed with lemon and sweetener, perfect for desserts or side dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tbsp sugar (or more to taste)
  • 1 lb ripe strawberries
  • 2 cups ripe pineapple
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint leaves (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep the fruits by rinsing them under cold water and patting them dry. Slice strawberries into quarters.
  2. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces if using fresh.
  3. Mix the strawberries, pineapple, and blueberries in a large bowl.
  4. Add the lemon juice and sugar, tossing to coat.
  5. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with a sprig of fresh mint on top.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness according to the ripeness of your fruits.
