  • 12 pinches of salt

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Dice the mangoes: Peel and slice the mango flesh away from the pit into 1/2-inch cubes.
  3. Chop the kiwi: Peel and dice the kiwis.
  4. Slice the red onion: Finely dice the red onion and soak in cold water if too sharp.
  5. Chop the cilantro: Finely chop the fresh cilantro.
  6. Prep the jalapeno: Dice the jalapeno, adjusting for heat preference.
  7. Mix it all together: Combine mangoes, kiwis, onion, cilantro, and jalapeno in a bowl.
  8. Season it up: Add lemon juice and salt; gently toss.
  9. Chill (optional): Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to meld flavors.
