No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Set everything out on your kitchen counter.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until creamy.
  3. Add the dry ingredients: Sprinkle in rolled oats and crushed graham crackers, folding them into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Incorporate chocolate and nuts: Mix in chocolate chips and optional chopped nuts until everything is well combined.
  5. Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
