Creamy Garlic Sauce Baby Potatoes

Delicious roasted baby potatoes coated in a rich, creamy garlic sauce, perfect as a comforting side dish.

  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Give those baby potatoes a good rinse and pat them dry. Slice them in half.
  3. Toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for about 25–30 minutes.
  5. Add minced garlic to olive oil in a skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
  7. Whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  9. Transfer roasted potatoes to a serving platter and pour the creamy sauce on top. Toss gently.
  10. Finish with chopped parsley for garnish.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with herbs and spices to enhance flavors. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
