Easy Oreo Dump Cake

A delightful and simple dessert combining rich chocolate flavor with crunchy Oreos, perfect for family gatherings or cozy nights in.

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 container of whipped topping (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Mix the vegetable oil, eggs, and milk in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
  4. Combine the chocolate cake mix with the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Add half of the crushed Oreo cookies into the batter and fold gently.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top if desired.
  8. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the edges look set and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Cool the cake in the pan for about 10 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve warm or at room temperature with whipped topping.

Notes

For added flavor, consider swirls of peanut butter or fresh berries on top!
