Peanut Butter Yogurt Bowl

A rich and creamy Peanut Butter Yogurt Bowl that combines Greek yogurt and peanut butter, drizzled with honey and topped with your favorite ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • Toppings: bananas, chocolate chips, crushed peanuts, sprinkles, Oreos, berries, granola, etc.

Instructions

  1. Prep your base: In a medium mixing bowl, add 2/3 cup of Greek yogurt.
  2. Fold in the 1/3 cup of smooth peanut butter. If thick, microwave for 10 seconds.
  3. Sweeten the deal by drizzling in 1 tablespoon of honey and gently fold the mixture.
  4. Taste test the mixture and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
  5. Transfer the yogurt into a bowl and get creative with your toppings.
  6. Finish with a drizzle of honey on top and snap a photo before enjoying!

Notes

Can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge, but add toppings just before serving for best texture.
