Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizza

A comforting fusion of sausage gravy and pizza that elevates breakfast to a whole new level.

  • 1 large pizza crust
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs (optional)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Make the gravy by adding flour to the sausage and stirring for 1–2 minutes, then pour in the milk and simmer until thick.
  4. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface or use a pre-made crust.
  5. Assemble the pizza by spreading sausage gravy over the crust and sprinkling with cheddar cheese.
  6. Add eggs on top if desired.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
  8. Garnish with green onions before slicing and serving.

Notes
