A delightful Tropical Smoothie that brings sunshine to your glass, packed with fruits, greens, and creamy goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Frozen Mango
  • 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1 Cup Spinach (Optional)
  • 1 Cup Coconut Water or Orange Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt (Optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by slicing the banana and chopping the fresh mango.
  2. Blend the banana, frozen mango, and frozen pineapple until smooth and creamy.
  3. Incorporate the spinach if desired and blend until well mixed.
  4. Pour in the coconut water or orange juice and blend until combined.
  5. Add Greek yogurt for creaminess, then blend until smooth.
  6. Taste test and adjust sweetness if needed by adding honey, then blend again.
  7. Serve in a glass or bowl, garnishing with banana or pineapple as desired.
