White Chicken Chili Tacos

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Prep your space by clearing out any clutter from your counters.
  2. Cook the chicken, season it, and shred if necessary.
  3. Sauté the drained white beans in a large pot.
