Instructions

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until evenly coated.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
  4. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form, then add powdered sugar.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Garnish with lime slices before serving.
