No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake Mousse Cups

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Workspace: Make sure all your ingredients are within reach, and your mixing bowl is chilled.
  2. Whip the Heavy Cream: In a large mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Beat the Cream Cheese and Sugar: Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar in another mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
