Easy Pizza Casserole

A cozy and delicious pizza-inspired casserole that’s easy to make and perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni
  • ½ cup bell peppers, chopped
  • ½ cup onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook your pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the toppings by mixing cooked pasta, pizza sauce, bell peppers, onions, and half of the mozzarella cheese in a large bowl.
  4. Season it up with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Layering time: Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9-inch casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
