  • 4 cups Beef or Vegetable Broth

Instructions

  1. Sauté the aromatics: In a large pot, heat olive oil and cook onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  3. Add the chopped bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Incorporate the diced tomatoes and broth, scraping up any browned bits.
