American Flag Fruit Pizza

A vibrant summer dessert featuring a sugar cookie crust topped with cream cheese and an artistic arrangement of fresh fruits in the design of the American flag.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough (16.5 oz)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping (thawed)
  • 12 oz Fresh Raspberries (3 to 4 cups)
  • 1 dry pint Fresh Blueberries (about 2 cups)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll the refrigerated sugar cookie dough and spread it onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake according to package instructions, usually around 12-15 minutes.
  3. While your cookie crust is cooling, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Blend until smooth, then gently fold in the whipped topping.
  4. Once your cookie crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over it. Arrange raspberries and blueberries to create the flag design.
  5. Pop the pizza in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. When ready to serve, slice into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

For a fun twist, try different cookie bases or seasonal fruits. Ensure the crust is completely cool before adding toppings to prevent sogginess.
