Ultimate Peach Burrata Salad

A delightful salad featuring juicy peaches, creamy burrata, and peppery arugula, all drizzled with sweet balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 ball Burrata Cheese
  • 3 Ripe Peaches
  • 4 cups Arugula
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Glaze
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing the peaches, cutting them in half, removing the pit, and slicing into wedges.
  2. Dress the greens by tossing arugula with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the dressed arugula onto a large platter.
  4. Tear or slice the burrata and place it among the arugula.
  5. Artfully arrange peach slices around the burrata.
  6. Sprinkle slivered almonds over the salad.
  7. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  8. Top with additional salt and pepper if desired.
