Easy 4-Ingredient Peach Sorbet

A refreshing summer dessert made with just four ingredients: peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and water.

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Prep your peaches by washing them under cool water, slicing them in half, and removing the pits.
  2. Blend the peach slices in a blender or food processor with sugar, lemon juice, and water until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
  4. Chill the blend in a shallow container in the freezer for about 3-4 hours until semi-firm.
  5. Final blend the frozen mixture after letting it sit for 5-10 minutes to achieve a fluffy texture.
  6. Serve the sorbet in bowls or cones, garnished as desired.

Notes

Use fresh peaches for the best flavor; if not available, thaw frozen peaches before blending.
