Pumpkin Cobbler

A delightful Pumpkin Cobbler that combines warm flavors of pumpkin and spice with a gooey caramel layer, perfect for fall gatherings.

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the pumpkin puree, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  3. Combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it with butter or cooking spray. Pour in the batter.
  6. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the batter.
  7. Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding pumpkin pie spice or chocolate chips.
