Strawberry Dole Whip

A fruity and creamy twist on the classic Dole Whip, this Strawberry Dole Whip is perfect for summer and easy to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the Strawberries: Start by placing the frozen strawberries into your blender or food processor. Let them sit out for a few minutes—this way, they soften just enough to blend nicely.
  2. Add the Creaminess: Pour in the coconut milk and blend. If needed, add a splash more coconut milk to keep it thick.
  3. Sweeten It Up: Add in your maple syrup (or honey), lime juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
  4. Taste and Adjust: Taste-test and adjust sweetness or lime if desired.
  5. Chill and Serve: Transfer to a piping bag or container and chill in the freezer for about 30 minutes if you want a firmer texture.
  6. Serve it Up: Dispense the soft serve into bowls or cones, and enjoy!

Notes

For a firmer texture, chill before serving. Experiment with different fruits or flavorings as desired.
