Strawberry Piña Colada Punch

A vibrant and refreshing party drink that combines strawberries and pineapple for a tropical escape.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1½ cups cream of coconut
  • to 2 cups coconut rum
  • 34 cups crushed or nugget ice
  • Optional: splash of pineapple juice or club soda
  • Garnish: pineapple wedges, strawberry slices, cocktail umbrellas

Instructions

  1. Blend the diced pineapple, sliced strawberries, and frozen orange juice concentrate until smooth.
  2. Add the cream of coconut and blend for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a large punch bowl and stir in the coconut rum.
  4. Serve over ice and mix gently.
  5. Garnish with pineapple wedges and strawberry slices before serving.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, replace rum with coconut-flavored sparkling water.
