Refreshing Strawberry Protein Shake

A vibrant and nutritious Strawberry Protein Shake that’s perfect for breakfast or a post-workout treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or strawberry flavored)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse your fresh strawberries under cool water and hull them. If using frozen, toss them straight into the blender.
  2. Peel your banana and slice it.
  3. Measure out your milk and protein powder.
  4. Add the strawberries and banana to the blender first.
  5. Pour in your milk of choice.
  6. Scoop the protein powder into the blender.
  7. Drizzle in honey or maple syrup if using.
  8. Blend on high for about 30-60 seconds until silky.
  9. Add ice if desired and blend again.
  10. Taste and adjust sweetness or add flavors as needed.

Notes

Experiment with flavors like chocolate or add ingredients like spinach for an extra nutrient boost.
