Summer Fruit Salad

A vibrant and refreshing Summer Fruit Salad that celebrates the season’s bounty with juicy peaches, nectarines, cherries, and berries, enhanced with lemon juice and maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 4 Peaches, diced
  • 4 Nectarines, diced
  • 1 cup Cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries (Strawberries & Blueberries)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Wash your fruits under cold running water.
  2. Chop the peaches and nectarines into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Pit and halve or quarter your cherries.
  4. Slice strawberries and leave blueberries whole.
  5. Mix all your chopped fruits into a large mixing bowl.
  6. Squeeze the lemon juice over the mixed fruits.
  7. Add maple syrup based on taste preference.
  8. Toss in chopped thyme and a pinch of salt, gently folding everything together.
  9. Taste and adjust lemon juice or maple syrup if needed.
  10. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  11. Serve in individual bowls or a large platter.
