  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice your nectarines thinly and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the sliced nectarines into a greased 8×8-inch baking dish, arranging them evenly.
  4. In another bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, chopped pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well, then drizzle in the melted butter and vanilla extract.
  5. Sprinkle the streusel evenly over the nectarines.
