Instructions

  1. Prep the melon by cutting it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Slice the cucumbers thinly—about 1/4 inch is ideal.
  3. Crumble the feta into chunks using your fingers or a fork.
  4. Combine the watermelon cubes and cucumber slices in a large bowl.
  5. Season the salad with olive oil, salt, and freshly cracked black pepper.
  6. Toss everything together until nicely combined.
