Taco Soup

A cozy bowl of flavorful Taco Soup, perfect for a quick and hearty meal that brings comfort and warmth.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Can of Beans (black or pinto)
  • 1 Can of Corn
  • 1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Packet of Taco Seasoning
  • Optional Toppings: Sour cream, shredded cheese, avocado, and cilantro

Instructions

  1. Brown the Ground Beef in a large pot over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart and draining excess fat.
  2. Add the Taco Seasoning over your cooked beef and stir well, cooking for another minute.
  3. Stir in the Beans and Corn after draining and rinsing.
  4. Mix in the Diced Tomatoes with juices and stir well; bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Let it cook on low heat for about 10-15 minutes to meld flavors.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  7. Serve in bowls with your favorite toppings.
