Strawberry Cheesecake Brownie Cups

A delightful fusion of fudgy brownies and creamy cheesecake, topped with fresh strawberry puree for a perfect dessert experience.

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus required ingredients like eggs, butter, etc.)
  • 1 (8 oz.) block of cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2¼ cups confectioners’ sugar
  • Strawberries (for puree and garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions.
  3. Grease your muffin tin well with cooking spray or butter.
  4. Fill muffin cups halfway with brownie batter.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
  6. Make the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add confectioners’ sugar.
  7. Chill the filling for about 10 minutes and prepare your strawberry puree.
  8. Fill the cooled brownie cups with cheesecake filling.
  9. Add strawberry puree over the top.
  10. Chill for at least an hour before serving.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
