Watermelon Fruit Salad

A vibrant, juicy watermelon fruit salad that combines sweet watermelon, tangy berries, and refreshing mint for a perfect summer treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 small seedless watermelon
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prep your workstation by gathering your tools—a cutting board, large bowl, and sharp knife.
  2. Cut the watermelon in half, then make long slices across the flesh and cross them to create cubes. Scoop the cubes into the bowl.
  3. Hull the strawberries and halve them, tossing them into the bowl with the watermelon.
  4. Add the raspberries and halved cherries, treating the raspberries gently.
  5. Pour the fresh lime juice over the salad and give it a gentle toss to coat.
  6. Drizzle in the honey and mix gently to ensure all pieces are sweetened.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped mint over the salad and toss again.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving, allowing flavors to meld.

Notes

For a fun presentation, serve in individual mason jars with mint leaves or lime wedges as garnish.
