Homemade Watermelon Popsicles

Delightfully easy Watermelon Popsicles, packed with fresh fruit and coconut yogurt, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Watermelon (Cubed)
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Yogurt
  • 5 Kiwis (Cubed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Wash and cut watermelon into cubes, peel and cube kiwis.
  2. Blend the watermelon: Place watermelon cubes in a blender and puree until smooth.
  3. Mix in the coconut yogurt and blend until smooth.
  4. Add the kiwi cubes gently into the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top.
  6. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours until solid.
  7. Unmold the popsicles and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, try mint leaves or mixed berries. Experiment with lemon or lime juice for a zesty kick.
