Easy Watermelon Pudding Cups

Ingredients

  • Coconut cream pudding mix
  • Green Jello mix
  • Pink food coloring
  • Chocolate chips
  • Watermelon extract
  • Watermelon gummy candies (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding mix: In a large bowl, add the coconut cream pudding mix and prepare it according to the package instructions.
  2. Add watermelon extract: Once the pudding has thickened, stir in a teaspoon of watermelon extract.
  3. Mix in the food coloring: Add a few drops of pink food coloring and mix thoroughly.
  4. Incorporate the green Jello mix: Gradually sprinkle in the green Jello mix, folding it gently into the pudding.
  5. Layer in serving cups: Spoon a layer of the pink pudding mixture into the cups and sprinkle chocolate chips for the ‘seeds.’
  6. Chill and set: Place the dessert cups in the fridge for at least two hours.
