  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar (30 ml)
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups cooked white rice (960 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (5 ml), optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and tools.
  2. Brown the ground beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Drain excess fat: Once browned, drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  4. Sauté the garlic: Quickly sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the saucy goodness: Stir in honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and optional sesame oil.
  6. Layer the rice: Prepare your cooked rice in bowls or plates.
